Successful Invoicing

Invoicing: Once an approved purchase order is in place, services may begin and be invoiced when deliverables are complete. The UC Merced Purchase Order Number must appear on the invoice as well as a full description of goods or services furnished, including specific quantities, unit prices and total price. Incomplete invoices will result in payment delays.

Sales Tax: UC Merced is not exempt from state sales or use tax except for property purchased with federal funds where title to that property (or ultimately, the fabrication of property) vests with the federal government.
