Gifts and donations that meet the criteria of inventorial equipment should be reported to Equipment Management. Gifted and donated equipment that meet the criteria of inventorial equipment are added to the Equipment Register, tagged with a property sticker, and tracked as an asset.
This equipment will be included in the biannual inventory verification. The value of the equipment is determined by assessments managed by the Gifts Administration Department.
Any gifts or donations should be processed through the Gifts Administration Department in Development and Alumni Relations.
