UC Merced Fall 2025 Supplier Showcase

The Fall 2025 Supplier Showcase will highlight many of campus catalog suppliers as well as university agreement suppliers within BobcatBuy+, the campus’ eProcurement platform.
Join us for an opportunity to interact with catalog suppliers and certified small businesses, attend informative breakout sessions, along with learning more about the diversity of goods and services with beneficial terms and conditions available to you!
What's It All About?
This event is open to UC Merced staff who purchase on behalf of their departments, as well as those staff who oversee and approve those purchasing transactions. At the event, there will be opportunities to meet university suppliers.
Supplier Registration
Suppliers: This event is open to invited suppliers only. Email invitations have been sent to invited suppliers on August 25. Deadline to register is Friday September 19.
No registration is required for attendees.
