To help ensure compliance with UC policy and avoid unnecessary review delays, we ask for your partnership in obtaining required approvals before purchasing software (including digital licenses, online subscriptions, and similar products).
This requirement applies to all payment methods, including P-Card, Purchase Orders, and out-of-pocket expenses. Software purchased without prior approval is considered non‑compliant and will need to go through an exception review process.
