Who We Are
The Business Contracts team is responsible for reviewing, negotiating and establishing legally binding agreements and contracts for the provision of specific services, specific service-related transactions and other business contracts. The Business Contracts team also acts as expert internal consultants to UC Merced departments guiding them to the right type of agreement for a particular situation and most suitable structuring of that agreement.
