Newly Approved Drop-and-Go Delivery Local Businesses

In partnership with EH&S, Procurement has added two local businesses to our pre-approved drop-and-go food delivery list: Fruta Loca and Hola Cafecito. 

Drop-and-go means food is delivered without on-site preparation, serving, or staffing.  If those services are needed, that’s catering—and must go through UC Merced’s Lakeside Catering Services.
